Table olives Agouroelies are green unripe olives with minimal vinegar and salt, categorized in the functional olive products of Sakellaropoulos Organic Farming. The table olives Agouroelies, are natural, green olives, with low salt, deriving exclusively from the organic olive cultivation of our olive groves.

The unripe olives Agouroelies are hand-picked at a precise period of ripeness and rigorously selected. Τhe unripe olives undergo a 9 month natural fermentation process, without chemicals or additives and with complete scientific monitoring throughout the whole process. The production is carried out with minimal amount of salt throughout the whole natural fermentation process and in their packaging, therefore the olives maintain their natural, unripe, subtly bitter taste. They are combined with organic olive and minimal amount of vinegar. Agouroelies retain all their health benefits and taste for which they have been awarded with a gold star at the Great Taste Awards international competition in London. Ideal olives for those who prefer the pure, unripe, slightly bitter olive taste but, also they can complement any gourmet dish.
