Ingridients: Organic Nettle – Leaves
Nettle leaf has strong antioxidant activity as well as anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic properties. The nettle is also highly diuretic and helps to stimulate the kidneys.
Nettle leaves have a high content of Vitamin C, which strengthens the body’s defenses and helps better absorption of iron, a high content of Vitamin K, which plays an important role in blood clotting, and B vitamins that benefit the nervous system. Nettle beverage helps in cases of bleeding, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, etc.
For external use it is considered one of the best herbs to treat oily hair and dandruff.
For herbal tea, add one teaspoon of herb per cup of hot water and steep covered, for 4-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot or iced, plain or add sweetener to taste.
