Ingredients: Organic Pennyroyal leaves and blossoms.
Herb with a distinctive mint scent. The beverage from pennyroyal leaves and blossoms is considered to have expectorant, antiasthmatic action and is indicated for cleansing the lungs of smokers. Menthol, one of its main substances, eases muscle spasms all over the body.
It is considered to enhance digestion and treat gastrointestinal disorders, and is also used as an antiemetic. Pennyroyal has been used occasionally for soothing pain in joints and rheumatic pains. It has also heart boosting and diuretic properties and remarkable antioxidant action.
Problems with migraines, headaches, vertigo and neurological disorders have also been observed to decrease in severity by consuming pennyroyal and its excipients.
Attention for pregnant and breastfeeding women: This product is not recommended to pregnant women since it could be toxic for the fetus.  
 
For herbal tea. Add one teaspoon of herb per cup of hot water and steep covered, for 4-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot or iced, plain or add sweetener to taste.
In cooking it gives aroma and taste to sauces, salads, cocktails and ice creams.
