Ingredients: Organic Chamomile – Flowers
The chamomile flower beverage has strong anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, anxiolytic and soothing properties. It has been used since antiquity to treat a wide variety of conditions. It is considered to be extremely effective for treating stress, migraine, neuralgia and dizziness and insomnia. It is used for healing wounds and burns and has a powerful effect against various inflammations. Chamomile beverage can be used externally for washing in different areas of the body (eyes, mouth, skin, genitals) while internally used to relieve bloating and gas as well as irritable bowel.
 
For herbal tea. Add one teaspoon of herb per cup of hot water and steep covered, for 4-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot or iced, plain or add sweetener to taste.
