Terms and Conditions

1.    We assume that, when you buy a product from us,  you have read its description on our website. It is your responsibility to know what you are buying by reading the description on the product page (if something is not clear, you are always welcome to ask for more information of the product). 

2.    We expect our clients to be aware of how we ship the products. The shipping information is here. 

3.    Prices may change at any time. We try to have our prices as stable as possible but unfortunately the market conditions change constantly and therefore sometimes we will need to adapt some prices.

 
4.    In a case of any damaged product or anything else you may find wrong we expect you to contact us as soon as you notice a problem and we will do our best to find a solution.

5.    If you have received the products you ordered with the offline payment option, we expect  you to pay  in no more than 21 days after having received our invoice. 

6.    We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms and Conditions. In case of any change, we will post the updates on this page or we will notify our clients by email. Your use of, or access to, our website following the posting of any update to these Terms  and Condition constitutes acceptance of those changes.
