• We work with Bpost, DPD and PostNL. In Belgium, a package under 10 kg costs around €7.5 including insurance. Above 10 kg and up to 20 kg, it  will be around €12. A package under the 10 Kg to the Netherlands costs around €12  and a package up to 20 kg costs €22 to an address in Sweden. • Choose the shipping option according to the location of the shipping address. For example, use "Leuven Area" as a shipping option ONLY if your shipping address is in Leuven.

• Sometimes we deliver the products ourselves, especially when the order is larger than 20 kg and it is around Leuven or Brussels.

• Note that, in some periods in the year (due to holidays or business travel) we are not able to ship orders but, usually we make arrangements so that you still can pick up your order at our place in Kessel-Lo. When we are certain of which days we can not send orders we update this information in this page here.​

• ​For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (especially outside the European Union) please contact us in advance to find out the best possible shipping options which may include other shipping companies. The cost for international shipping with PostNL can be found in this page. Our system automatically update the shipping cost upon introducing the destination country during the check out process which also consider the total weight of your order. The maximum weight of your parcel must not exceed 20kg with PostNL. ​Please notice that for some countries, you might need to pay a Customs fee before the package can be delivery to you. It is your responsibility to be aware of those regulations in the country where you want your parcel to be delivered.
