Spoon sweet Quince 400g.
In Greece, spoon sweets were traditionally prepared for the guests, and usually served as a treat with a cup of Greek coffee and/or a tall glass of water. These sweet products could be found all across Greece and are made of all kinds of fruits. Contrary to a marmalade or jam, spoon sweets are characterized by the fact that the fruit used is intact or in big piecesin the final product. The fruits, of pieces of it, are slowly cooked in a syrup thereby preserving its texture.

- glucose syrup 20%
- sugar 19%
