Halkidiki Olives are large green olives commonly harvested while they are still young. When processed, they have a firm meat texture that can provide a full soft flavor with a little tartness and a bit peppery in taste.
This product is produced by a familily business in Halikidiki, northern Greece,  under the certification ISO 22000: 2005, which is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and specifies the requirements that must be met by companies involved in the food chain to ensure the safety of their products from production to consumption.
